Middleton Place — where every inch of the grounds looks like it’s been waiting for centuries for this exact moment, The Aguilera Wedding. The oak trees are draped in Spanish moss like they dressed up for the Met Gala, the river glows just like my makeup will, and the whole place just has that soft Charleston magic I’ve always been obsessed with. It’s captivating, timeless, and a little dramatic — so basically, perfect for us (me).

Charleston has always been one of my favorite places — the charm, the history, the delicious weather — and now it’s the backdrop to the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Andrés might not fully understand how many hours went into planning this (or even know what half the décor terms mean), but somehow, it’s all exactly how it’s supposed to be.

So come celebrate with us under the oaks, dance by the river, and fall in love with my favorite place on Earth — just like I did.
